Biography

John has worked in most areas of the insurance industry and has been previously employed by the Mississippi Department of Insurance, Mississippi Secretary of State, Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) and several law firms. He also has experience in the banking field and has been a small business owner for most of his adult life.

John is also a licensed real estate broker and has valuable experience in many aspects of the real estate industry, including buying, selling, and financing commercial and residential real estate.

Married to the former Penny Oberhausen of Raymond, Mississippi, John and Penny have two children, Julia and Luke.
